Hi, I'm Scarlett! I’m passionate about leading an active and creative life, which is reflected in everything I do. My days often begin with a burst of energy from my yoga practice, which helps me center myself and set a positive tone for the day. I find that the balance and mindfulness from yoga seamlessly complement my love for fitness. When I’m not stretching or lifting weights, you’ll usually find me on my bike. Cycling is my way of exploring new places and enjoying the freedom of the open road. It’s both exhilarating and meditative, giving me a fresh perspective and a sense of adventure. In everything I do, whether it's through physical activity or creative expression, I strive to find a balance that keeps me grounded and fulfilled. This combination of fitness, cycling, and painting is my way of living life to the fullest and staying true to who I am.

Art is another significant part of my life. I love spending time with my paints and brushes, letting my imagination flow onto the canvas. Painting allows me to capture and express my feelings and experiences in a way that words often can't.
